Join us for a 4 course wine-paired dinner at Snowy Peaks Winery! Each delicious course from Roaming Rations will be paired with one of our wines, specially selected to highlight the flavors of both the food and wines. We will talk about each wine as they are served  with their corresponding courses to create an educational and memorable dining experience! Tickets are $55 per person plus tax and gratuity. 

 An Evening in Italy Menu:

Aperitivo: Marinated fresh mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes in seasoned olive oil topped with balsamic glaze and fresh basil. 

 Insalata: Antipasto salad with mixed greens, celery, red onion, pepperoncini, green olives, shaved Parmesan and creamy Italian dressing. Served with sliced Italian bread and a chive compound butter. 

 Secondi: Nest of Spaghetti Rigati with scratch-made basil and pinenut pesto with grilled seasoned chicken tenderloin. 

 Dolce: Pound cake with whipped ricotta and strawberry compote.

Monthly on every third Wednesday

On the third Wednesday of every month through May, we will have an instructor from Creativity Cabin providing step-by-step instructions to paint your interpretation of a scene on an 8X10 canvas!   Preregistration is required, $30 includes all materials and instruction; wine and snacks are available at an additional cost.
